Abuse Policy

Usage of Inappropriate IGNs

Please avoid creating IGNs associated with the following:

• Body organs related
  
• Sexual context related
• Vulgarity or other abusive text related
• Impersonation of names such as: GMs, Administrators
• Names that may cause confusion such as: Imhacker, Imbotter.
• Names that may be protected by proprietary rights laws.

Any character's IGN not adhering to the above guidelines shall have their account banned.

Hacking

Any usage of 3rd party software/tools that modify the original game nature processes shall be deemed as hacking. Example: Auto Bot tool etc.

If a character is found hacking a permanent account ban will be imposed.

Important: All GMs’ decisions are final.
NO refunds will be made for unused CC and/or game items in suspended or banned games accounts. All appeals will NOT be entertained.

Glitching

Glitching is known as forms of game cheating where non-intended game contents are developed and exploited by users.

If a character was found glitching a permanent account ban will be imposed.

Important: All GMs’ decisions are final.

Trading

Activities such as buying and selling of Game accounts, Game Items and Cash Items using monetary exchange are considered as illegal trading. Please note that all items and materials of Business Tycoon Online belong to the sole propriety of the game developer.

The game developer and publisher shall bear no responsibility on any loss that may or may not occur, during the trading transaction. Cash trading is strictly discouraged and it is your sole responsibility to safeguard your own account at any point in time.
